Oil Free Quinoa Salad


Ingredient:
Precooked quinoa
Freshly chopped baby arugula, romaine lettuce, red cabbage, tomato, cucumber.
Freshly squeezed lime juice 
1 tbsp grape jam
Raw unsalted pistachios
Raisins
Dates
A pinch of salt to taste

Toss them up and enjoy.
